Board of Filtron Engineers approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 09 April 2015

Filtron Engineers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 April 2015 has approved the following -

Change the designation of Sadanand Hegde from MD to Whole Time Director with immediate effect but shall continue to be the Chairman of the Company.

Appointment of M V Rao as an Additional Director of the Company and as MD of the Company with effect from 09 April 2015.

Decided to re-issue forfeited shares.
