Filtron Engineers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 April 2015 has approved the following -Change the designation of Sadanand Hegde from MD to Whole Time Director with immediate effect but shall continue to be the Chairman of the Company.
Appointment of M V Rao as an Additional Director of the Company and as MD of the Company with effect from 09 April 2015.
Decided to re-issue forfeited shares.
