Board of Gandhi Special Tubes recommends interim dividend

Gandhi Special Tubes announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 January 2016, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 7.5 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
