Board of Gloster approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 13 August 2015

Gloster announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, has appointed Hemant Bangur, presently Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Company as Managing Director designated as Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from 01 September 2015, subject to approval of Shareholders.
