Board of Goodyear India approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 25 May 2018

The Board of Goodyear India at its meeting held on 25 May 2018 has accepted resignation of Oliver Carsten Gloe as an Additional Director of the company with effect from 25 May 2018. The Board also appointed Nicole Amanda Nuttall is appointed as an Additional Director of the company.
