The Board of Grauer & Weil (India) at its meeting held on 11 February 2021 has approved the appointment of Shashikant Keshav Sakhalkar as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the Company with effect from 11 February 2021, to hold office upto the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
