Board of Gujarat Fluorochemicals recommends interim dividend

Gujarat Fluorochemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 March 2016, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 3.5 per equity Share (i.e. 350%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
