Hazoor Multi Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, has approved & taken on record the further additional business as shown below:1. Appointment of Vijendra Garg as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years commencing from 01 April 2015 till 31 March 2020 and the said appointment is subject to the approval of members in the next General Meeting of the Company.
2. Change in the designation of Vineet Garg from Whole Time Director to Executive Director w.e.f. 01 April 2015.
