Board of Hil appoints MD

At meeting held on 20 April 2015

Hil announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 April 2015, upon recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has appointed Prashant Vishnu Vatkar as Additional Director & Managing Director of the Company, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, for a period of 3 (Three) Years with effect from 20 April 2015.
