Board of HIL approves change in registered office

At meeting held on 19 January 2015

HIL announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 19 January 2015, have approved the change of registered office of the Company from sanatnagar, Hyderabad - 5000018 to office No 1 & 2 at L7 Floor, SLN Terminus, Sy. No.133, Near Botanical Gardens, Gachibowli, Hyderabad - 500032 with effect from 19 January 2015.
