Board of Hit Kit Global Solutions does not recommend dividend

At meeting held on 20 August 2014

Hit Kit Global Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 August 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following matters:

1. Board has not recommended any dividend.

2. Re-adoption of Articles of Association subject to approval of members in line with Companies Act 2013.
