IL&FS Engineering & Construction Co announced that in terms of 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 28 November 2014, have noted that the office of Ahmad Mohamad Dabbous, Alternate Director to El Mouhtaz El Sawaf has been vacated, on 10 November 2014 when Sawaf attended the Board Meeting in India.Further, Dabbous was appointed as Alternate Director to El Mouhtaz El Sawaf in the Meeting held on 28 November 2014.
