At meeting held on 14 January 2021
The Board of Indraprastha Gas at its meeting held on 14 January 2021 has approved the following change in directorate:
(i) Appointment of Arun Kumar Singh as an Additional Director and Chairman w.e.f. 14 January 2021.
(ii) Cessation of P. K. Gupta as Chairman and Director w.e.f. 14 January 2021.
(iii) Appointment of R. K. Jain as an Additional Director w.e.f. 14 January 2021.
(iv) Cessation of R. P. Natekar as a Director w.e.f 14 January 2021.
