Board of Jagran Production approves change in company name

At meeting held on 11 April 2016

Jagran Production announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 April 2016, has discussed & approved the following matters:

(i) Change of name of the Company to Veronica Production or any other such name as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
