The Board of JK Agri Genetics at its meeting held on 26 November 2021 has approved the appointment of Raj Kumar Jain (DIN: 01741527) as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company in the category of Independent Director, for a term of 3 (three) consecutive years w.e.f. 26 November 2021 , subject to approval of the Members of the Company.
