Board of JMT Auto appoints company secretary

At its meeting for

JMT Auto announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 July 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following business:

- Trustee for Fractional Shares

The Board appointed Mona K. Bahadur, Company Secretary, as the Trustee to hold the fractional entitlements arising out of the Bonus Issue, if any, in trust. The Trustee shall consolidate the fractional entitlements into whole shares and dispose of the said whole shares. The proceeds of sale of such whole shares shall be distributed proportionately among the shareholders who would otherwise be entitled to fractional entitlements.
