Board of Jumbo Finance appoints directors

At meeting held on 13 August 2015

Jumbo Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter-alia, approved the following:-

1. Appointment of Director of Prem Chand Parakh as an Additional Director.

2. Appointment of Director of Dhananjay Vithal Pednekar as an Additional Director.

3. Adoption of Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.
