Board of Jump Networks approves change in company name

At meeting held on 12 March 2021

The Board of Jump Networks at its meeting held on 12 March 2021 has approved change of name of the Company from 'Jump Networks' to 'Iris Mediaworks' or any other name as may be approved by the Central Registration Centre, Office of the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
