Board of Kanpur Plastipack recommends dividend

Kanpur Plastipack announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 12% i.e. Rs 1.20 per equity share for the financial year 2013-14 subject to the approval of shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
