Board of Kaveri Seed Company recommends dividend

Kaveri Seed Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 3 February 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 125%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
