Kernex Microsystems (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 August 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Resignation of Col. L. V. Raju (Retd.) as Managing Director and as Director w.e.f. 30 September 2016.
2. Resignation of Dr. Jyoti Raju as Non-Executive Director.
3. Approval of Directors Report, Management discussion and analysis & Corporate Governance.
