The Board of Kirloskar Industries has appointed Vijaydipak Mukundprasad Varma (holding DIN 00011352) as an Additional Director in the capacity of an Independent Director of the Company for a first term of five years, with effect from 15 October 2021, subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
