Board of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India recommends final dividend

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
