Board of Mawana Sugars approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 30 July 2014

Mawana Sugars announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2014, has approved the following:

1. Accepted the resignation of Ravi Vira Gupta from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 17 June 2014.

2. Accepted the resignation of A. K. Mehra, Whole Time Director of the Company effective close of business on 31 July 2014.
