MIRC Electronics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Lalit Chendvankar, has appointed as a Head - Corporate Affairs, Legal & Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 13 August 2015.
2. Lalit Chendvankar, Head-Corporate Affairs, Legal & Company Secretary of the Company been designated as a Compliance Officer w.e.f. 13 August 2015 in place of Muthu Elango.
