The Board of Mudit Finlease at its meeting held on 31 March 2018 has approved the appointment of Anjali Prajapati as the Independent Director of the Company to fill up the casual vacancy caused due to demise of Sushil Chandra Mehrotra (DIN: 00161905), Independent Director of the Company before the expiry of his term of office.
