The Board of Nalin Lease Finance at its meeting held on 26 September 2018 has considered and approved the scheme of amalgamation of Amee Finance, Gandhi Shroff Services, Nalin Services and Nalin Consultancy Services with Nalin Lease Finance ("Transferee Company") and their respective shareholders ("Scheme") under the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules framed thereunder.The Scheme shall be effective from 01 April 2018 or such other date as may be approved by NCLT and / or the regulatory authorities ("Appointed Date").
