Board of Navin Fluorine International recommends special dividend

Navin Fluorine International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 October 2016, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 7.5 per equity Share (i.e. 75%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
