Board of New Delhi Television appoints director

At meeting held on 10 September 2015

New Delhi Television announced that the Board of Directors on 10 September 2015 approved the appointment of John O'Loan as an Independent Director of the Company, subject to the approval from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB).

The appointment of John O'Loan will be effective from the date of approval of MIB.
