Page Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:1. Appointment of Additional Directors - Sandeep Kumar Maini & Vikram Gamanlal Shah as Independent Director with effect from 28 May 2015 to hold office until forthcoming Annual General Meeting;
2. Approval of Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders of the Company; and
3. Approval of the Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.
