The Board of Pan India Corporation has appointed Vijay Pal Shukla (DIN: 01379220) as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 07 May 2020. The Board approved change in designation of Omprakash Ramashankar Pathak (DIN: 01428320) from the post of Managing Director of the Company to the Non-Executive Director of the Company.
