The Board of Polycab India at its meeting held on 13 May 2021 have considered and approved the appointments of the following as Additional (Whole-Time) Directors for a period of 5 years commencing from 13 May 2021 to 12 May 2026.a) Bharat A Jaisinghani;
b) Nikhil R. Jaisinghani;
c) Rakesh Talati.
