The Board of Punj Lloyd at its meeting held on 27 October 2018 has approved the following -

1. Atul Punj, Chairman & Managing Director re-designated as Chairman & Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer.

2. Rakesh Amol, Group Chief Executive Officer re-designated as Chief Executive Officer (Business Improvement & Strategy - New Businesses).
