Board of R Systems International recommends fourth interim (special) dividend

R Systems International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 December 2014, inter alia, have recommended the fourth interim (special) dividend of Rs 2.55 per equity Share (i.e. 255%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
