At meeting held on 27 October 2015

Ramgopal Polytex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 2015, has transacted the following business:

1. The Board had approved the appointment of Manorama A. Yadav as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 27 October 2015.

2. The Board had approved the resignation of Riya Sawant as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. 06 October 2015.
