Rishiroop Rubber (International) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, by way of Resolution by Circulation dated 26 March 2015, has considered and approved the following:1. Appointment of Gouri Arvind Kapoor as an Additional Director (under the category of Promoter Non Executive Director) of the Company.
2. Accepted the resignation of Mahendra Kumar Kapoor from the position of Non Executive Promoter Director of the Company due to his old age and continued Health problems.
