Board of RSWM appoint director

At meeting held on 27 March 2015

RSWM announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 March 2015, subject to approval of members at General Meeting, have co-opted Prakash Maheshwari on the Board of Directors as an additional Director w.e.f. 01 April 2015. Prakash Maheshwari will be designated as Executive Director w.e.f. the date of his appointment.
