RSWM announced that Geeta Mathur has been co-opted on the Board as an Additional Director (Independent) by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on the 11 November 2014.Further, J. C. Laddha, Executive Director whose term expires on 31 December 2014 has been re-appointed for a term upto 31 March 2015 on the existing terms and conditions subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
