The Board of Sasken Technologies at its meeting held on 22 April 2021 has appointed Dr. G Venkatesh, one of the non-executive directors of the Company, as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of up to 5 years for the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
