Board of Share India Securities approves subscription to rights issue of subsidiary

At meeting held on 23 March 2020

The Board of Share India Securities at its meeting held on 23 March 2020 has approved investment in Share India Fincap (wholly owned subsidiary) through acquisition of 13,40,483 equity shares at a price of Rs.37.30 each including premium of Rs. 27.30 per equity share, by way of right issue.
