Simplex Trading & Agencies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 November 2014, inter alia, has considered the following:- To Appoint Bhaveshbhai Vinodchandra Trivedi, as additional Director and to accept resignation of Nilang Pravinchandra Vaidya, from the board of Director of the Company.
