Board of SRF declares interim dividend

Of Rs 5 per share

SRF announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 August 2014, inter alia, has declared interim dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs. 5 per share on the paid-up equity capital of the Company.

The date of payment of interim dividend will be Wednesday, the 03 September 2014.
