Board of Steel Strips appoints director

With immediate effect

Steel Strips announced that the Board of Directors of the Company by way of passing Circular resolution dated 14 March 2015, has approved the appointment of Manju Lakhanpal, as an Additional Director (Under the capacity of Woman Non-Executive) of the Company with immediate effect, in compliance with the various provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and revised Listing Agreement.
