Board of Sudarshan Chemical Industries approves change in MD

At meeting held on 08 February 2018

The Board of Sudarshan Chemical Industries approved the appointment of Rajesh B Rathi as Managing Director of the company with effect from 01 June 2018, subject to approval of shareholders. Consequently, P R Rathi will step down as Managing Director of the company with effect from 01 June 2018 and will continue as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in a Non Executive capacity.
