Board of Tata Consultancy Services recommends final dividend

At meeting held on 19 April 2018

Tata Consultancy Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 April 2018, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 29 per Equity Share of Rs. 1 each of the Company which shall be paid / dispatched on the fifth day from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
