Board of Transformers and Rectifiers (India) recommends dividend

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Re 0.75 per share (7.5% on an equity share of Rs 10 each) for the financial year 2013-14. The payment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
