Board of Trent appoints director

With effect from 04 November 2014

Trent announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 November 2014, has appointed Philip N. Auld as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from 04 November 2014, subject to necessary approvals.

Auld earlier held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Manager of the Company.
