Board of V-Mart Retail approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 22 January 2015

V-Mart Retail announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 January 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:-

1. Resignation of Kamal Kumar Gupta and Krishan Kumar Gupta as Independent Directors w.e.f. 22 January 2015.

2. Appointment of Murli Ramachandran and Sonal Mattoo, as Additional Directors in the capacity of Independent Directors w.e.f. 22 January 2015.

3. Resignation of Hemant Agarwal, as Whole-time Director of the Company w.e.f. January 22, 2015 and appointment of Hemant Agarwal as Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Director w.e.f. 22 January 2015.
