Vaswani Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2016, inter alia, has decided :1. To appoint Pawan Kumar Jha as an additional director of the Company.
2. Review the reports of Audit committees, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee of the Company.
