Board of Veritas (India) approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 12 June 2018

The Board of Veritas (India) has appointed Praveen Bhatnagar as a Whole-Time Director of the Company with effect from 12 June, 2018. Saurabh Sanghvi, has resigned from the position of Whole-Time Directorship of the Company with effect from 12 June, 2018 and would continue as Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company.
