Board of Warren Tea approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 22 September 2014

Warren Tea announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 September 2014, has transacted the following;

1. Sonia Barman has been appointed as an Additional Director with immediate effect.

2. The resignation of Nand Gopal Khaitan as a Director of the Company has been accepted with immediate effect.
